Electric Moon Meets Talea Jacta – Sabotar features Electric Moon with Komet Lulu on bass, Sula Bassana on guitar and Pablo Carneval on drums. Joining the band on this excursion is Talea Jacta which is Pedro Pestana of 10000 Russos on guitar and the incredible and unique percussion of Joao Pais Filipe. Filipe has played in many projects as a collaborator or solo artist in the past years. He is one of the most exciting and unique percussionists in the psychedelic and experimental music scene. He has played in Gnod, Black Bombaim and more. This expanded line-up will have psych lovers and space rockers relishing in blissful mind expanding heavy rock with out of this world atmospheres and heavy acid rock.
Sabator has double percussion which gives the songs stellar drive and a non-stop infectious groove. The bass and drums are tight and creative. The rhythms make the music feel ancient and futuristic at the same time. This solid foundation gives the two guitarists and keys / fxs a launch pad to explore new sounds. The mellow cosmic droning sections have greater depth with the percussion able to hold the attention of the audience with or without the other performers.
