WRECK provides a warm fuzzy tone throughout with splashing reverb and wild driven energy. The feel of the album is artistic and edgy with dynamic songs. The lyrics are cynical and touch on the reality of technology fixation “she’s my 21st century girl” and “she’s got to scroll, scroll, scroll she’s lost control“.
WRECK started in Norwich UK by Diogo da Silva, and guitarist Matt Kennedy and Sam Serazin on drums. Their first album Dusty Knees had a 60’s fuzzy garage rock sound. Satisfied? is a notably heavier more punk and includes some stoner rock grooves.
