Alien Lizard Veux-Tu La Vie is a groove oriented album with psychedelic synth and guitars. The music is both electronic and experimental rock. The bass lines are punchy and driving the drums are precise and the vocals sound like they were recorded in a nuclear bunker with reverb slapping off the walls.
Alien Lizard of Gdańsk, Poland is experimental inspired by the goth movement with dark industrial undertone and free form improvised acid folk and rock. The album is diverse with some tracks taking on a jazz element like “Red Desert” and others a distinctly electronic groove heard in the opening track “Horizontal Conqueror” and at other times experimental and abstract noise come into view.
This band may appeal to fans of The Limiñanas, Invisible Friends, Swans, Moon Duo.
