Los Acidos was originally released on September 30th 2016 on Captain Beefart Records and is now reissued released on September 18th 2020 via Necio Records.
Los Acidos is psychedelic rock from Buenos Aires, Argentina. The music is great with psilocybin daydreams, space rock and a upbeat vibe. The guitars have excellent tones and the vintage organ and futuristic synth calling down the peaceful Extraterrestrials to lounge in the sun. The vocals have long repeating echoes and give the music a foreground for the rich arrangements to back.
Los Acidos was formed in Buenos Aires, Argentina and this debut album was released in 2016. They have yet to release a follow-up album which is a surprise for such a great sounding band.
Los Acidos album art appears to be a homage to Psilocybin mushrooms complete with a lemon to engage in the ideal consumption method of a modified Lemon TEK. The arrangements and instrumental sections of the music seem to breath and modulate like a animated tapestry of sound. The music had mind bending tones and goes in muscial directions that few other bands explore.
